Our Story
We started our journey in 2010 by creating our first professional business directory, vresta.gr. From day one, our vision was clear: to help businesses build a strong digital presence, earn credibility, and attract new customers.
In collaboration with Theodoros, we developed our early hosting infrastructure, and began building technical foundations that were missing from the Greek market. At the same time, we started investing heavily in SEO, ensuring the businesses listed on our platform ranked high on Google.
How We Grew
In 2011, we built our first in-house call center, establishing a scalable sales model and developing strong skills in supervision, training, and performance-driven telesales operations. Telephone sales are demanding—so we created systems, scripts
and strategies that consistently delivered results.
From 2013 to 2017, we expanded our services: web design, web development, digital advertising, print media, client support
and continuous business promotion. By 2017, our team had grown to 17 employees and 3 external partners.
A New Phase of Growth
After 2017, we faced major challenges. The physical office closed, but our evolution continued.
Eirini joined the company, taking a central role in training and social media management, while we began collaborating with developers from Greece and abroad.
In 2018, and especially in early 2019, we came back strong with two offices in Athens and Artemida, and a team of 12 people. During this period, we also took an active role in the industry, serving as Vice President of the Panhellenic Union of Business Directories.
Then came 2020. The lockdowns drastically disrupted the market. Remote work was not yet easy to manage for our sales teams, and the company was forced to restructure its entire operating model.
The Shift to Remote & International Expansion
Between 2021 and 2022, we experimented with new locations, new teams, and new operational models.
Eventually, we made a strategic decision that shaped our future: full remote operations.
From that point forward, we started growing internationally. Today, we operate as a digital agency headquartered in London, while serving clients across Greece, Norway, and the UK.
