If you are not satisfied with your purchase for some reason, you can refund your service within 3 days of purchase. You can fill out the form bellow. You can choose to exchange the service with another service, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that we can accept refunds only if you have a serious reason for your service not satisfying you.
Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy stated below:
– If its been past the 3 days of your initial date of purchase we won’t accept any refund.
– If you have self customized the service without our consent.
– If you don’t have a serious reason to cancel your service.
To cancel your service, follow the steps below:
1. Email us with your order number by filling the form below and state which one you would like to return (in case of multiple purchases).
2. We will examine your request.
3. We will send you a confirmation message that your refund has been accepted (in case of a negative response we will include the reason).
4. The refund process will start (It will take up to 14 business days for your refund to appear to your bank statement).
We will need 14 days to process your return and assess it for eligibility. After it has been accepted, we will send you an email and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
